# Jurella 0.3.1

### For lawyers
- Windows: after desktop sign-up, the "your agent is ready" email now arrives and the agent mailbox is added to the
  firm settings. In 0.3.0 the server could not change the firm settings file on Windows, so both were silently
  skipped. The admin service now finishes the job within a minute; if it cannot, IT gets an email after 15 minutes.
- Mac: if you open Jurella straight from the downloaded disk image, it offers to move itself to your Applications
  folder, so it keeps working after you eject the disk image.
- The Microsoft sign-in pages Jurella shows are styled like the rest of Jurella, and the success page just says
  "You are signed in".

### For firm IT
- Admin page: one sign-in a working day. The page no longer asks you to sign in again before each change, a
  sign-in lasts 8 hours of use, and adding a lawyer to the roster no longer asks for a second Microsoft sign-in.
  Cloudflare Access still applies where the firm has set it up (`access_gateway` in firm.json; it is optional).
- New file `pending-settings.json` in the `admin` folder of the Jurella data folder: agent mailboxes the server
  finished but could not write to the firm settings. The admin service applies them every minute (audited as
  `agent_mailbox.settings_applied`, actor `jurella-system`) and sends the ready email. If one is still waiting after
  15 minutes, IT gets "Jurella: a new agent mailbox is not in the firm settings yet": check that the Jurella admin
  service is running.
- Correction to the 0.3.0 notes: the Windows installer registers `jurella://` for all users (HKLM) when installed
  for all users, and for the current user (HKCU) on a per-user install.

### Upgrading from 0.3.0
- Upgrade the server and the admin service together (the fix needs both). Lawyers on Windows who signed up on
  0.3.0 and never got the ready email need nothing: when the upgraded admin service starts, it finds their finished
  agent mailboxes, adds them to the firm settings and sends the email.
- Mac lawyers: reinstall the desktop app to get the "Move to Applications" prompt (optional).

## Install or upgrade

- Server image: `ghcr.io/bkbolnick/jurella:0.3.1` (signed; check it with the `cosign verify` command
  in the IT install guide, section 3).
- IT kit: `Jurella-server-kit-0.3.1.zip` (compose file already set to this version, setup scripts, guides).
- Check downloads against `SHA256SUMS`.
